Lets Hear it for New York

New Yorks must dos for tourists like myself that I was sure I did not miss:

Shake shack
Magnolias bakery
Staten Island Ferry
The met
One or two broadways ;)
Grimadis pizza
Soho area for shopping
Central park

As much as I love New York I don't know if  my califonia/ utah self can hang with the new yorkers. They are all on missions and they will have nothing to do with tourist like myself slowing them down. In one weekend I got yelled at like four different times. once for letting my bag hit someones foot- again for putting my feet up on a train- another for walking too slow and last for huhh i can't remember but whatever it was it was good ;) Sorry for my slow happy tourist ways people. I just want to be you!

it is supposed to say "we just won tickets to newsies" - struggle

guilty of  forcing my husband to do some PDA for a good pic- sue me.

We may or may not have eaten the entire pizza

New York High: New York we have been to new york twice for interviews and we were able to go to two shows…. It is all about the early rush seats and lottery seats. When I have been in the past we have used TKTS but these other two options have nothing  the student rush and lottery tickets. While Ryan was interviewing at NYU I went to  look at ticket prices for Newsies at tkts they were over 80 bucks so we took the chance and we went to the lottery before the show at 5 and put our names in for the lottery and  hour later they call out names usually I have really good luck.. and the odds were definitely in my favor. But they did not call my name!!  Luckily Ryan came too and they called his almost last and you can get up to two tickets for two people…So it worked out perfect. The second time we went to NY we did student rush tickets.. Which you go around 930 am and wait inline till the doors open at 10 we did not have a problems getting them bc it was cold and I think off season so we sat front row right in the middle!  I could taste their spit. Hahah. Seriously.
